The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative supporting US-based clients
- Amenable to working night shift onsite with a flexible schedule
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in web-based tools and applications, including Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Clear and proactive communication, with the confidence to raise questions and concerns appropriately
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Your Daily Tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact, handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
- Respond to internal and external queries, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Manage and update service tickets using platforms such as Zendesk and Vantaca
- Maintain and update billing records, including payment setup and processing
- Prepare and manage spreadsheets, reports, and online records with high accuracy
- Perform data entry and ensure all information is complete and up to date
- Organize, track, and maintain documents across systems such as Buildium, Propertyware, and Google Drive
- Prepare and process documents for digital signing using tools like DocuSign
